An incentive-eligible Algorand node earns 4.65%. Since protocol v40 each block pays its proposer a protocol bonus plus half the fees, if the proposer opted in with 30k to 70M ALGO online. Proposer selection is stake-weighted over all online stake, so the expected yield is blocks per year × the average payout of eligible blocks / online stake. It is the yield of running a node yourself: there is no delegation, and the bonus decays by design.
