Gram finality time

Gram (the chain formerly branded TON, native token renamed Toncoin → Gram in June 2026) commits a masterchain block every 0.40 s (p50, 24h). Gram's docs treat a transaction as final once a masterchain block includes it, so the interval between two masterchain commits is how long finality takes to land. Measured as the wall-clock gap between consecutive masterchain seqnos on the tonapi.io block stream (a 300 ms REST poll stands in when the stream is unavailable, with intervals over 2 s dropped as poll aliasing). Workchain blocks become final once the masterchain references them.
